Cyber Assault: Idle Manager (com.zone.cyber.assault.idle.manager)
Published by Global Play Studio · Last updated: 5 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Cyber Assault: Idle Manager (the "Game") collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By installing or playing the Game you agree to this policy.
The data controller is Global Play Studio. For any privacy question or request, contact us at zonedev9x@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account and game progress
- Anonymous player ID. When you first use an online feature, the Game creates an anonymous account through Firebase Authentication. This ID identifies your save data; it is not linked to your real identity.
- Google account (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google from the Manager screen, we receive your email address, display name, profile picture and Google account ID so your progress can follow you across devices.
- Game save data. Your progress (club, players, currencies, upgrades, skins, passes and purchase history within the Game) is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, backed up to Cloud Firestore.
- Public ranking entry. If you open the World Ranking (or take part in other online leaderboards and competitive features), your team name and Team Power, and the rank that results, are visible to other players.
1.2 Device and usage data
- Device model, operating system version, language, country and screen configuration.
- In-game events (levels reached, features opened, matches played, ads watched, purchases made).
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs when the Game stops unexpectedly.
- Advertising identifier, IP address and coarse (country-level) location, used for advertising and attribution.
1.3 Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card, bank details or billing address. To confirm a purchase is genuine and has not already been used, the Game sends the Google Play purchase token to our server, which checks it against the Google Play Developer API and stores a one-way hash of the token together with the product ID and timestamp.
1.4 What we do not collect
- No precise GPS location.
- No contacts, photos, microphone, camera or SMS data.
- No health, biometric, racial, religious, political or other special-category data.

3. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with the following providers, each of which acts under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Functions) | Accounts, cloud save, analytics, crash reporting, server logic | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Play Billing | Payment processing and purchase verification | policies.google.com/privacy |

| AppsFlyer | Marketing attribution | appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy |

Data may be processed on servers located in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
4. Advertising choices
The Game shows rewarded video ads that you choose to watch, and may show interstitial ads between actions. Ads may be personalised based on your advertising identifier.
- On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads, which also lets you opt out of ad personalisation.
5. How long we keep data
- Save data and ranking entry — kept while your account exists. Deleted when you delete your account.
- Crash and analytics data — retained according to Google's Firebase retention settings, generally no longer than 14 months.
- Purchase verification records — retained as long as required for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Residents of California may also request disclosure of the categories of information collected and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email zonedev9x@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Cloud data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure with access rules that restrict each player's save data to that player's own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game evolves. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced inside the Game.
