Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Global Play Studio ("we", "us") governing your use of the mobile game Cyber Assault: Idle Manager (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Your account

Online features require an account created through Firebase Authentication, either anonymously or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. An anonymous account is tied to a single device installation — if you uninstall the Game or change device without linking a Google account, that progress cannot be recovered.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• The Game contains optional in-app purchases, processed exclusively by Google Play under Google's own terms. We do not process or store payment details.
• Virtual currencies and items (gems, cash, player packs, skins, passes and similar) are a limited licence to use features within the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Game, and are not your property.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy and any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
• We may add, change, rebalance, discount or withdraw virtual items and their prices at any time.

4. Advertising

The Game shows rewarded video ads, which are always a choice you make (the rewards offered may change over time), and may show interstitial ads between actions. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

5. Rules of conduct

When using the Game you must not:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients, emulators altered to gain an advantage, automation tools, memory editors or speed hacks;
• interfere with the Game's servers, security measures or purchase verification;
• use offensive, misleading or infringing names or other content visible to other players;
• harass other players, or attempt to access another player's account or data;
• buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual items outside the Game.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or to online features, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your account from the Manager screen → Delete account, as described on the account deletion page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused virtual items.

7. Availability and changes

The Game is provided as an online service. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including online features, events, seasons and leaderboards, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice inside the Game before discontinuing the service entirely.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Game is limited to the amount you paid to us for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, or loss of data.

10. Third-party services

The Game relies on services provided by Google (Play Billing, Firebase), AppLovin and AppsFlyer. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertising shown in the Game.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Game evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
